Bad and good news!

The bad news is that Valera and I got a call this morning saying that our flight had been canceled!

We are planning on leaving the hotel at around 9am for our noon flight back to San Francisco- but around 6.30am Valera got a message from United telling us that the flight was canceled but she managed to get us on the same flight time just on Sunday instead of Saturday.  Fortunately the hotel let us keep our hotel rooms as well so didn't end up having to change.

Funny part was I had been dreaming about just 1 extra day to relax and not be on such a schedule with the rest oft the group...so it all worked out- the good news is that we got an extra day in Paris!  Who could hate that!

We went back to bed till 10...and then met for breakfast and walked all around.  Found a great book shop with interior design books and great antique stores.   I even ran into Charlotte Moss (Marc-she has a FLAIR for living you know) walking down the street and stopped her to chat for a bit.

Found a great little cafe and had a rare beef and braised endive plate with a glass of great wine.
