Really? Your house went up a quarter million this year?

I'm not exactly sure what's up with this Zestimate. I know that Zillow relies on algorythms and things fluctuate and so forth ... but this has got to be a function of them letting homeowners manipulate the data. Because, seriously, no house has seen that kind of change since January '08.
