House Hunt Retrospective: They Made a McMansion

The fifth house that E & I bid on was a true diamond in the rough. (See original post here). It was a nice big lot on a cute little tree-lined street and very conveniently located. It needed a lot of cosmetic work but the house was a good size with a reasonable layout. Well, guess who got it? Speculators. Yup. And they went and built a McMansion and it's ugly and it's sad and now you can buy it if you are so inclined.
